About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer and Trading Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
