About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer and Trade Supervisor to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, customer service, and team performance.
  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer service, sales, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other store managers to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
