£32,000 - £40,000 per year, plus a car allowance of £5,600 and an attractive commission package.
Job Description
As our Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve outstanding results. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, using your expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and train sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control showroom operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record in sales leadership, ideally in the KBB retail industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
