About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Equals One Ltd.

As a Support Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolios, including administering variations and resolving queries.
  • Process new job requests, quotations, and updates to service fees as required.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting documentation and maintain a fee pipeline for the rolling 12 months.
  • Coordinate and distribute information to clients, ensuring timely communication.

Requirements:

  • A-level education or equivalent experience in client services.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive approach to challenges, with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle client inquiries professionally.
  • Technical proficiency in IT, including Office products (especially Excel), with a willingness to learn new systems.
