Job Overview

The Client Services Manager position at Equals One Ltd is a key role in supporting clients and managing routine client account tasks. Based at the Bromsgrove Office, this 12-month Fixed Term Contract (MAT cover) offers a salary of £24,500 per annum. The ideal candidate will possess excellent telephone manner, previous customer service experience, and strong IT skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients proactively and manage routine client account tasks.
  • Administer client portfolios, including variations and sold/new sites.
  • Provide guidance and advice to clients on the bespoke web-based property risk management system, Meridian.
  • Manage calls and enquiries to the central telephone line.
  • Attend training as necessary for the role and report IT issues.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner and previous customer service background.
  • Strong IT skills, including all Office products and specifically Excel.
  • Data-input experience and willingness to learn new IT.
  • A-level standard of education or equivalent experience.
