About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Equals One Ltd.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, processing new job requests, and ensuring accurate forecasting documentation. You will also coordinate and distribute information to clients, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.

Key Activities:

  • Manage client portfolios, including administering variations and resolving queries.
  • Process new job requests, quotations, and updates to service fees as required.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting documentation and maintain a fee pipeline for the rolling 12 months.
  • Coordinate and distribute information to clients, ensuring timely communication.

Requirements:

  • A-level education or equivalent experience in client services.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive approach to challenges, with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle client inquiries professionally.
  • Technical proficiency in IT, including Office products (especially Excel), with a willingness to learn new systems.
