Childcare Support Specialist

At Hadland Care Group, we are committed to providing a nurturing environment for children from 6 months to 4 years.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a punctual and reliable individual to join our team as a Childcare Assistant Apprenticeship – Level 2.
We seek an enthusiastic candidate who shares our passion for giving each child confidence and a love of learning.
Our Montessori setting is designed to feel like home for the children in our care. We follow three key principles: Be Kind and Gentle, Listen Well, Use Your Words.
These principles lead to positive qualities such as compassion, respect, patience, and a love of looking outwards.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
- Supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the EYFS curriculum.
- Fostering positive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Observing and assessing children's development.
- Supporting children's personal care needs.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming setting.
- Collaborating with the team to plan engaging activities.
As a successful candidate, you must be able to obtain a clear DBS. GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent are also required.
The salary for this role is £15,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
