About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Partner to join our team at Paul Bennett Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our finance function, you will provide robust and effective business partnering to our CEO/VP, driving financial performance and supporting informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial input into strategy and project planning, monitoring business performance, and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency, insight, and control.
  • Produce the monthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, and annual statutory reporting, including cash and debtor management and tax compliance.
  • Drive definition and implementation of standards and business-specific guidelines in financial control processes.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure that annual audits are managed effectively, and the statutory accounts are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
Requirements
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent with a proven track record in finance and accounting.
  • Possess ACA, CIMA, ACCA qualifications or equivalent.
  • Experience of managing people and leading a Finance team in a medium-sized business.
