About the Role:

Immediate School Placement

You will be placed in a local school from day one, where you will play a vital role in the learning environment. As a TA apprentice, you will support classroom teachers in helping pupils access the curriculum, build confidence, and reach their potential.

Hands-On Training and Qualification

You will receive valuable skills directly in the classroom, with guidance from experienced mentors. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you will earn a nationally recognized Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification.

Potential Path to a Permanent Role

Successful apprentices may be offered a permanent position at the end of their apprenticeship, providing a clear career path in education.
