Job Responsibilities:
">- Assisting with daily living, domestic duties and personal care
- Supporting clients in the community
- Meal preparation and support
Requirements:
">- Empathetic, compassionate and warm individual
- Caring, committed, reliable and resilient
- Paid UK experience is required
- Must live locally and be able to commit to the shifts and rota
- A driver with access to your own vehicle is a requirement – Business Insurance required
Salary and Benefits:
">- The successful candidate will receive £12.20 per hour for Monday to Friday and £12.57 at weekends, as well as mileage at 45p per mile.
- We offer a range of benefits including a pension scheme, Blue Light Card, enhanced maternity/paternity and adoption schemes, and continued professional development opportunities.
Working Hours:
">- This role requires a 4/3 rota basis which provides great continuity and a fantastic work/life balance.
- Shift times include 7am to 2pm &/or 4pm to 10pm.
- The successful candidate will work Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday, and Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
