Compassionate Care Provider

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide personal support and care to our service user in their home. The successful candidate will work as part of a team, providing high-quality care and support while maintaining the service user's dignity and independence.
This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life, working in a supportive environment with a competitive salary of £15.45 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) and excellent benefits.
The role involves assisting with personal care, repositioning, conducting clinical observations, and tending to any clinical care needs as required. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of care provided and communicating effectively with the service user and their family.

You will work without direct supervision in the home of the service user, providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support while adhering to the service user's individual care and support plan.
