You will work from home with occasional travel requirements to our regions. As the Head of Partnerships and Growth, you will be responsible for developing and delivering services, managing budgets, and leading teams.
To excel in this role, you should have significant experience in people management, particularly in a matrix environment. You must be able to motivate and inspire a multidisciplinary team, plan and deliver services, and influence organisational culture.
