Senior Event Production Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Event Production Sales Manager to join our team at Prospero Integrated. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the live events industry.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of the current trends and opportunities within the live events and audio visual markets. This includes researching and identifying potential clients and opportunities, creating timelines of productions and special events that match our capabilities and experience, and approaching and building relationships with key influencers and decision makers within potential client organisations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the audio visual or event production industry, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be comfortable presenting to and interacting with a range of clients both in person, over the phone, and in written communications. A commercially astute and numerate individual with excellent IT skills is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for a revenue target, achieved through new sales generation and maintenance & retention of existing customers
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the current trends and opportunities within the live events and lighting / audio / video / scenic markets
• Research, identify and qualify potential clients & opportunities
• Create a timeline of productions and special events which match the Company's capabilities and experience
• Approach and build relationships with key influencers and decision makers within potential client organisations
• Present credentials presentations to new and existing clients, alongside other team members
• Liaise with the Project Management team to monitor the status of live quotes and projects
Benefits:
