F45 Training: A High-Energy Fitness Opportunity

Love Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Fitness Instructor to join our F45 Training team in London. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, results-focused group fitness classes that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.

The Role

  • Design and deliver engaging F45 group fitness classes that promote a positive and supportive team training environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the studio operates at the highest level, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective membership retention strategies, leveraging your knowledge of personal training and group training to foster a loyal client base.
  • Support our F45 challenge programmes, promoting a culture of community and teamwork within the studio.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the studio, sharing your ideas and expertise to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

About You

  • A genuine passion for fitness and coaching others to achieve their goals.
  • Knowledge and experience in personal training and group training, with a Level 3 personal training certification and valid First Aid at work certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage clients.
  • A good level of fitness and knowledge of how to demonstrate correct form.
