Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to lead our F45 studio team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive membership sales and meet or exceed performance metrics
  • Manage daily operations, including studio expenses and payroll budgets
  • Lead and develop a dynamic team of fitness trainers and staff
  • Ensure compliance with F45/FS8 business policies and standards
Requirements:
  • Level 3 PT qualifications
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience in the health and fitness industry
  • 3+ years of management experience, including staff management and budgeting
