The Big Badger Group is a leading F45/FS8 franchisee network in the UK and Europe, with a portfolio of four F45 studios and one FS8. Our mission is to provide customers with the best 60 minutes of their day, mentally and physically, every day.

- Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum.
- Incentive/Commission: Yes.
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 12 hours of coaching.
- Leave: 28 days per annum, including Bank Holidays.
The Studio Manager is responsible for the growth and operations of their F45 studio and team. This includes leading membership sales, maintaining studio standards, and onboarding new team members. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, fitness management, and excellent communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudio Growth + Retention- Drive membership sales and meet performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure membership growth and retention.
- Engage the local community to drive awareness and studio launch.
- Manage Mindbody and Loyalsnap.
- Manage daily studio operations, including expenses and payroll budgets.
- Maintain top-notch cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the studio.
- Maintain serviceability of training equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and set high standards for the team.
- Execute community calendar promotions and events.
- Develop and execute F45 8/6 week Challenge plans.
- Ensure compliance with F45/FS8 business policies and standards.
- Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and model behavior by company standards.
- Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop a dynamic team of fitness trainers and staff.
- Track and ensure accuracy of all mandatory education certifications/training for all trainers.
- Train and manage all staff by the prescribed BBG methods.
- Develop a high-energy culture through purpose-driven and incentive-based motivation.
- Plan and coordinate shift schedule and ensure the smooth running of a fully staffed daily class schedule.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the team based on Studio performance.
- Level 3 PT Qualifications.
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
- 2+ years of proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry required.
- 3+ years of management experience, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management.
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of business processes and functions.
- Outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organizational, and written skills.
- Excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office programs and MindBody as well as various media platforms.
