About the Job

This Graduate Development Professional position is part of our Graduate Development Program, which provides a comprehensive learning experience for aspiring Technical Managers, Designers & Engineers. You will work closely with our experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in technical management.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist in the development of design concepts and solutions;
  • To work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects;
  • To contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures;
  • To provide support to senior designers and engineers in various aspects of project delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., architecture, engineering, design);
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Possess basic knowledge of CAD software and Microsoft Office applications.
