We are seeking a skilled Graduate Academic Mentor/Learning Support Assistant to join our team at The Graduate Network. In this role, you will work closely with children with Autism and ADHD, providing both 1:1 and small group support in an outstanding primary school in Wolverhampton.

About the Role:

This position involves supporting children in Year 5 by offering tailored 1:1 and small group support to help students with Autism and ADHD build confidence and develop essential skills. You will also assist with classroom management and utilise effective strategies to support positive behaviour.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with Autism and ADHD.
  • Assist with classroom management and utilise effective strategies to support positive behaviour.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses previous experience working with children with Autism and/or ADHD. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and colleagues are essential. Patience, resilience, and a commitment to supporting children's learning and development are also required.
