The RTX Cyber Security Graduate program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to develop their skills and advance their careers in cybersecurity. As a member of our team, you'll work closely with experienced cybersecurity professionals to develop and maintain robust security policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in monitoring and mitigating security threats using SIEM tools
  • Conducting vulnerability assessments and providing recommendations for remediation
  • Supporting the analysis of potential security threats and impacts
  • Helping to improve cybersecurity policies, maintaining documentation, and preparing security reports for management
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Linux, Windows), and familiarity with cybersecurity tools
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, with some experience in programming or scripting preferred
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Cisco CCNA Cyber Ops are a plus
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £58,000 per annum, based on location and experience, along with a range of benefits, including:
