**Directorate Manager (NMCPS) Role**

University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join the North Midlands and Cheshire Pathology Service (NMCPS) as part of the senior management team.

The ideal candidate will be accountable for optimising the resources of the Directorate in order to deliver safe and effective patient care. Additionally, they will assist in the formulation and implementation of the business/service plans to deliver the strategic aims of the Directorate.

The successful candidate will have experience of sales and marketing, successful business planning, and an understanding of NHS procurement. They will also be a flexible and agile worker, supporting the department's flexible working policy.
