About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our Theatre team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing theatre procedures
- Assist theatre staff with preparing patients for surgery, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive team culture
