We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team at We Care Group.
Job Summary:
As a Healthcare Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, independence, and well-being are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement care plans that promote resident independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Positive attitude and passion for working with vulnerable adults.
