Job Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Estimating costs for construction projects and preparing detailed quantity requirements.
  2. Monitoring construction budgets and tracking expenses to ensure they stay within budget.
  3. Negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best possible pricing.
  4. Reviewing and updating project costs as the construction work progresses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
