Contract Administrator Role Overview

In this exciting administrative opportunity, you will be working as a key member of a well-established company based in Quedgeley, Gloucester. As a Contract Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to manage client interactions and support field engineers in ensuring seamless delivery of services.

This is a brand-new permanent vacancy due to growth, offering impressive career development opportunities. You will be based in bright and modern offices, working within a supportive team assisting with scheduling work and administrative tasks. Full training will be provided.

Your duties will include quote management, collaborating with field engineers to gather necessary information, administering quotes efficiently, and liaising with clients to facilitate approvals. You will also be responsible for client CRM management, ensuring all documentation is precise and up-to-date, and coordinating invoicing by assembling client-specific spreadsheets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. While previous office experience is beneficial, it is not essential. Our client is eager to consider candidates who are keen and willing to grow within an administrative role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client interactions and ensure seamless delivery of services
- Collaborate with field engineers to gather necessary information
- Administer quotes efficiently and liaise with clients to facilitate approvals
- Use the client's CRM system effectively to extract, update, and manage key information
- Ensure all documentation is precise and up-to-date
- Coordinate invoicing by assembling client-specific spreadsheets

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £24,250 per annum
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
