Job Description:

We are looking for a Construction Contract Administrator to join our team at Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role:

This role involves managing costs and contracts on a variety of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contract Management: Oversee contract administration, including valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  2. Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and reports for projects.
  3. Tender Analysis: Conduct tender analysis and manage procurement processes.
  4. Project Coordination: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  5. Financial Planning: Provide financial insight and advice to support decision-making processes.
  6. Risk Assessment: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  2. MRICS qualification or working towards chartership is desirable.
  3. Proven experience in managing costs across a range of projects, preferably in residential or commercial sectors.
  4. Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC).
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Proficient in cost management software and tools.
What We Offer:
