Reception and Admin Support

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Reception and Admin Support professional to join their team in Epsom, Surrey. This is a great opportunity to work with a wealth management firm and contribute to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Front of House: Meet and greet visitors, provide refreshments, and answer calls.
- Meeting Rooms: Manage meeting rooms, book rooms, and clear up after meetings.
- Administrative Support: Prepare admin tasks, including filing and PowerPoint presentations, support the office manager with ordering and dispatching office supplies.
- Wealth Management Assistance: Assist with diary and travel management, expense preparation, and errands.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Professional telephone manner and ability to communicate effectively with the team.
- Ability to Multitask: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility: A 'can do' attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- MS Office Skills: Experience with MS Office, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint.
