**The Role:** We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager or similar to lead our day-to-day depot operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing maintenance schedules, dealing with documentation, and overseeing a team of 2/3 Engineers.

**Salary and Benefits:** The salary for this role is £65,000 - £75,000 per annum + Progression Opportunities + 35 hour week + Compressed Hours over 4 days. We also offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career progression.
