Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Rail Engineering Lead to join our team at Access Talent Group. This is an exciting opportunity to lead railway projects across various locations in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead people, projects, and clients within the rail sector.
  • Develop and grow rail clients, leading to increased business opportunities.
  • Deliver projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Promote Access Talent Group's services in the rail sector both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing people, projects, and clients in the rail industry. A strong understanding of Network Rail Company Standards and Railway Group Standards is essential. PTS & DCCR certification is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role. We also provide a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
