Rail Infrastructure Delivery Manager

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Rail Infrastructure Delivery Manager to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering complex rail projects in the region.
The Role:
- This position requires the management of projects from inception to completion, focusing on meeting H&S, quality, and commercial targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
- Traveling to project sites across Scotland and leading teams to deliver work to a high standard.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree or equivalent experience in civil engineering (or a technical engineering field).
- Prior experience working within a rail or infrastructure environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Estimated £60,000 - £85,000 per annum, with additional benefits such as car, pension, health cover, overtime rates, and living away allowance.
Candidates should have experience in leading teams to achieve business objectives.
