Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Building Division in Glasgow. The project involves the construction and fit-out of a 321-bed student accommodation building, featuring a variety of studio sizes spread across 14 floors plus a rooftop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field or a Trade Background
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
