Pharmacy Assistant

Interior Health Authority is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Pharmacy Department's operations under the supervision of a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician. Your responsibilities will include packaging and distributing unit dose medications, maintaining inventory, and performing statistical reporting activities. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service by answering telephones, assisting at the dispensary counter, and issuing medication orders in accordance with established procedures.

Interior Health Authority offers flexible casual day shift positions, ranging from 0 to 37.5 hours per week.
