About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator II to join our team at Plexus. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment and tools in accordance with provided instructions and company policies.
  • Assist in the creation of instructions and documentation for new processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of production, quality, and inventory.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives to enhance work environment, safety, and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on certifications and training requirements for the role.
Requirements
  • A High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
  • Three (3) years of related experience in electronics production/manufacturing is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to change.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn and adapt to new tasks.
