Job Title: Production Support Associate

Job Description:

As a Production Support Associate at Plexus, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing processes to meet customer deadlines. Your responsibilities will include operating tools and equipment, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment and processes following instructions and guidelines
  • Adhere to quality policies and standards to ensure product excellence
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support business operations
  • Support improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain up-to-date certifications and training to stay current with industry developments

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Experience in electronics production/manufacturing with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in software applications
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
