About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator II to join our team at Plexus. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment and tools in accordance with provided instructions and company policies.
  • Assist in the creation of instructions and documentation for new processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of production, quality, and inventory.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new solutions to complex problems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Three years of related experience in electronics production or manufacturing.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
