Position Overview - Quality Assurance Engineer II

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee Quality Management System (QMS) metrics to guarantee adherence to processes
  • Ensure product alignment with specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Uphold quality during production processes and spearhead inspection methodologies
  • Enhance quality consciousness by delivering training and support to operational teams
  • Address non-conformance issues and customer feedback to ensure product adherence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing setting
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a systematic approach to data analysis
  • Design experiments, pursue best practices, and guide team members
