Position Overview - Quality Assurance Engineer II

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee Quality Management System (QMS) metrics to ensure adherence to processes
  • Guarantee product conformity with specifications, standards, and regulations
  • Uphold quality during production processes and spearhead inspection methodologies
  • Enhance quality consciousness by delivering training and support to operational teams
  • Address non-conformance and customer feedback to ensure product integrity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in thriving within a dynamic manufacturing setting
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving
  • Design experiments, pursue best practices, and guide team members
