Role Overview

Our Client Solutions team is expanding, and we're looking for an industry leader to join our Commercial team. This role is focused on driving revenue growth within the Fashion & Beauty sector, ensuring retention and long-term partnerships, and developing new relationships to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and oversee the development of key format and commercial opportunities for the Fashion & Beauty sector.
  2. Craft integrated proposals that meet client or agency briefs, including full-funnel activities.
  3. Solve problems for key partners, leveraging planning and storytelling skills.
  4. Lead the specialist team in the 360 commercial department, connecting internal teams to create and deliver pitches to clients.
  5. Maintain relationships with editorial stakeholders across Female-led brands.
  6. Manage the internal key calendar for cultural moments and commercial teams.
  7. Utilize relationships to tap into channel and editorial insight, mobilizing it for commercial benefit and general knowledge.
  8. Develop a deep understanding of the Fashion & Beauty sector, including commercial and marketing activities.
  9. Own and maintain relationships with key senior direct clients, endemic, and non-endemic to the sector.
  10. Deliver consistent and regular industry updates across the Fashion & Beauty landscape.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, commercial partnerships, sponsorship, consumer, or creator campaigns.
  • Previous experience working across commercial products and partnerships, either from a selling or implementation perspective.
  • A thorough knowledge of the UK and US Fashion & Beauty landscape and the broader global retail industry.
  • Existing relationships within the UK Fashion & Beauty industry.
  • A track record of selling concepts, ideas, or packages and clients in the Fashion & Beauty industry.
  • Ability to create a fast impact and be excited by a culture that moves at speed.
  • Progressive thinking with expertise in social.
  • Experience in leading brand and product launches.
  • Experience in leading at key industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Understanding of digital and social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
