We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Owen Daniels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing and potential customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth
- Work closely with program management and customer services to ensure seamless handovers and customer satisfaction
- Develop and present business cases and win strategies to deliver business objectives
- Manage bids for new work, including technical and business content, and make pricing recommendations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar business development role, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze business cases and develop effective win strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
