About the Role:
Oliver Bernard is seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for successfully onboarding and managing several key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the onboarding process of several schools, including coordinating data migration and training schedules.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and building strong customer connections.
- Utilizing software as a service (SaaS) to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Providing expert project management and change management skills to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Interpreting data from CRMs and presenting insights to schools in a clear and concise manner.
- Developing and implementing data migration processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Experience working with software as a service (SaaS) and CRMs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer relationship building skills.
- Ability to interpret data and present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and relevant tools.
- EdTech experience is desirable.
What We Offer:
- A competitive rate of up to £275 per day.
- A 7-month contract with the possibility of extension.
- A remote working arrangement with occasional office visits to Leeds (travel paid for).
