Job Description
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage patient flow and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare and administer medication and treatments as directed by the veterinary team.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
