Empowering Vulnerable Adults

Sanctuary Group is recruiting a skilled Project Support Specialist to join our Homelessness Service in Norfolk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to vulnerable adults, helping them achieve their goals and improve their lives.

About the Position:

  • Salary: Up to £25,000 per year (£12.50 per hour)
  • Job Type: Bank Project Worker
  • Location: Our Homelessness Service in Norfolk

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Plans: Develop and implement effective support plans for customers, empowering them to reach their full potential.
  2. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of support services and promote a positive working environment.
  3. Communication Skills: Maintain open and honest communication with customers, colleagues, and external partners, promoting trust and respect.
  4. Personal Growth: Provide training, encouragement, and employment opportunities to customers, enhancing their confidence and wellbeing.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and high-quality written records, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NVQ3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent communication and teamwork skills.
