As a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in generating new business and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. With a strong focus on sales negotiation and property expertise, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Hunstanton office.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Property Negotiation Specialist. You will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales to progress through to exchange and completion. Your goal will be to deliver outstanding results and achieve your targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to meet sales targets
  • Conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales to progress through to exchange and completion

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a strong understanding of the local property market. You will also need to be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
