Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Project Worker in our Homelessness Service located in Norfolk. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness to achieve their goals and improve their well-being.

The successful candidate will have experience working with adults who have faced homelessness, be enthusiastic and flexible, and possess strong organisational skills. A NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it is essential. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour and a range of benefits including at least 25 days paid holiday, pension scheme, health and wellbeing plans, and life assurance.

As a Project Worker, your duties will include providing support to encourage customers to maximise their own potential and independence, being a first point of call for customer queries, and promoting safety through risk assessments and reviewing customers' needs.
