Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team at WTW. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing an allocation of low value claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Management: Manage an allocation of low value claims, ensuring compliance with all aspects of WTW financial processes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understand the Insurance Industry and claims handling processes, including reserving and audit procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to monitor Key Client Outcomes and take appropriate action to deliver pre-defined service standards.
  • Client Communication: Deal with day-to-day client queries competently, in line with WTW values.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support and contribute to the Continuous Improvement Forum, driving process enhancements and best practices.
Requirements
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Insurance Industry and claims handling processes.
  • Claims Handling Experience: Proven experience in claims handling, with a focus on low value claims.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
