- Industry Knowledge: Understand the Insurance Industry and claims handling processes, including reserving and audit procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to monitor Key Client Outcomes and take appropriate action to deliver pre-defined service standards.
- Client Communication: Deal with day-to-day client queries competently, in line with WTW values.
- Continuous Improvement: Support and contribute to the Continuous Improvement Forum, driving process enhancements and best practices.
- Insurance Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Insurance Industry and claims handling processes.
- Claims Handling Experience: Proven experience in claims handling, with a focus on low value claims.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
