Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work promptly and to the highest standards to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will also be required to follow all company statutory and legal regulatory requirements during repairs.

Key Responsibilities

· Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of property assets to the appropriate standard.

· Implement company statutory and legal requirements, including fire, health and safety, hygiene, and electricity at work regulations.

· Respond to all enquiries promptly and ensure good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors.

· Follow planned preventative maintenance programmes and ensure that timetables are met.

· Carry out routine maintenance and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment to ensure optimal operating condition.

· Support the recording of accurate utility costs by recording meter readings and monitoring daily usage.
