Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Handyman to join our team at Montcalm Royal London House. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work to the highest standards, ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities. You will work closely with our maintenance team to identify and resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

· Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements, to ensure the hotel's facilities are in good working order.

· Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff in a timely and efficient manner.

· Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and resolve maintenance issues, and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and report any hazards or incidents to the maintenance team.

· Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
