Role Overview
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Intervention Teaching Assistant to provide targeted support to students who require additional assistance in specific areas of their learning. As an Intervention Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges and succeed academically.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with classroom teachers to identify students' individual learning needs and create tailored intervention plans
Deliver one-on-one or small group sessions to support students in mastering key concepts and skills
Foster a nurturing and encouraging environment where students feel empowered to overcome challenges and succeed
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents/guardians
Collaborate with the wider school community to promote a holistic approach to student development
