Intervention Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Intervention Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an Intervention Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing targeted support to students who require additional assistance in specific areas of their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with classroom teachers to identify students' individual learning needs and create tailored intervention plans
  • Deliver one-on-one or small group sessions to support students in mastering key concepts and skills
  • Foster a nurturing and encouraging environment where students feel empowered to overcome challenges and succeed
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with the wider school community to promote a holistic approach to student development
