About the Role:
">- We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Adult Disability team as a part-time Community Support Worker.
- The successful candidate will work closely with service users, providing personal care, household chores, finances, medication, and daily living support.
- You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for service users.
Salary: £25,169 - £32,319 per annum (pro-rata) based on 23.3 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
">- Providing personal care, household chores, finances, medication, and daily living support to service users.
- Working night shift with a pattern of 10 pm – 8 am + 33% increment at weekends, 50% increment for Bank Hols.
- Supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behavior.
Requirements:
">- A good understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.
- Able to communicate effectively with service users and colleagues.
