National Sales Director

We are seeking a National Sales Director to drive sales growth and strategic direction for our medical training and simulation products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering sales budgets, managing a team of Internal and External Sales Representatives and Account Managers, and working closely with clinicians and educators to understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop an annual sales strategy that meets the company's sales goals in line with the 5-year business plan.
- Implement annual sales targets to create targets for the team, monitor performance, and motivate team members to reach targets.
- Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key contacts, institutions, and corporate partners to influence buying decisions and inclusion of key products into developing curriculum.
- Stay up-to-date with market conditions and competition, feeding back into the business key information and recommendations on new product development.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and strategic development. This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
